What is Denina Mártin Collection?

Denina Mártin Collection is a collection designed by fashion and lifestyle blogger Denina Mártin as a result of her passion to fashion and modern femininity. It consists of a range of seasonal pieces that reflect her aesthetics when it comes to style and colors.

Where are the pieces produced?

Pieces are designed, sourced and produced within the EU. Most of the production line process is based in Bulgaria and is performed by skilled workforce. Having the collection produced in a hand’s distance helps us keep a close eye on quality control. 

Is there a physical shop where Denina Mártin Collection could be seen and shopped?

No, at this moment the collection is only available online on shop.deninamartin.com / deninamartincollection.com. No other site or place is granted the right to sell or reproduce the collection. 

Do I need to register in order to make a purchase?

No, you are not required to register in order to make a purchase. You can order “as a guest”. 

What countries do you deliver to?

At the moment making orders is available only for the following countries:

Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Nederlands,  Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Spain, United States, Canada, Russia, Australia, Brazil

However, we are working on making shopping from a wider range of countries possible soon. If you cannot find your country listed here, e-mail us at [email protected] to learn more about the possibility of delivering to your address. We are happy to discuss it.

What are the payment options?

As for now, we offer three payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card
  • Cash upon delivery (for selected countries only)
  • Via ePay Microaccount

How long does shipping take?

The estimate shipping time is 2 to 7 working days depending on your location. More about our delivery options here.

What are your shipping rates?

Are returns free?

For now, return fees need to be covered by you. We will only refund the amount of the order that you have made and wished to return, once we have validated the pieces as eligible to be returned. See our return policy here.

What is your return policy?

Any purchased item can be returned within 14 days, as long as it hasn’t been worn and is in a perfect condition as it was sent to you. We will not accept returns where labels have been removed. The money will be refunded either using the method of payment or to a bank account provided you hav given us the details in advance.

Would Sold Out items be restocked again?

In some cases, we would try to make sold out items available again. In order to be sure, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will be able to provide you with information. 

What do I do if I receive a wrong piece?

If you receive a piece that hasn’t been what you had ordered, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will gladly arrange the change for you.
