Our return policy:

You can return or exchange the goods to us if you notify us and send back the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Download our (Returns and Exchanges form), and send it together with the items. The goods must be in a perfect, unworn and undamaged original condition with their attached tags and labels on. We will assess the condition of the goods and return the amount within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds will be made via a bank transfer, so you need to provide us with your bank account details filled in the Returns and Exchanges form.

Please note: We put a lot of love and work in every product. We kindly ask you to be particularly careful when trying on the clothing with regard to make-up stains or other possible stains. Should the goods show stains or other damages, we may refuse to accept the return.

Also, we take no responsibility for faults in garments as a result of poor care and not following the care instruction provided on this website.
